── Plate III·b · On the matter

Clear upper-ab definition with visible separation that softens toward the lower abdomen, and obliques that read when flexed but blur at rest. Vascularity is present in the forearms and across the shoulders, with serratus faintly visible on the ribcage. The back shows good erector and lat detail but holds a little around the lower-back seam, which is the most honest tell here. Quad sweep and separation are evident; hamstrings read on the relaxed back. Consistent with a lean, well-trained physique sitting just above single-digit territory.
